Qualifications

• Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
• Proven sales experience; luxury retail, hospitality, or automotive preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class luxury purchase and ownership experience.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.
• Guide clients through vehicle selection and purchase process.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
• Develop expertise across Porsche, Land Rover, BMW, Cadillac, Volvo, MINI, and Volkswagen.
• Promote financing and protection products to enhance ownership and retention.
• Generate repeat and referral business through exceptional follow-up.
• Maintain brand certifications and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve goals.
