Qualifications

• Prior Automotive Sales Consultant experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Education; Ideal: H.S. Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Develops and achieves personal and company sales goals and objectives.
• Meets or exceeds transportation needs of clients.
• Sells, leases, and delivers a pre-agreed monthly minimum of vehicles.
• Greets clients and guides them through showroom and lot interactions.
• Explains product features, benefits, and options to clients.
• Schedules first service appointments and follows up after delivery.
• Maintains CRM and follows up to encourage repeat business.
