Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with information on product performance and benefits
  • Enhance the customer buying experience through professional and knowledgeable vehicle presentations and demonstrations
  • Prepare and showcase demo vehicles with the latest technology enabled and ready for display
  • Build strong rapport with customers
  • Assist with lead generation by managing incoming email leads and setting appointments via email and text communication

Qualifications

  • High energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales workday
  • Outgoing and friendly demeanor, especially when handling objections
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
