Your responsibilities include searching catalogues and online resources to prepare parts estimates, assisting with ordering, monitoring inventory, and delivering prompt, friendly service in person, by phone and online. Fluency in English and good computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in automotive parts operations in a dealership setting.
Detail oriented, energetic and a strong communicator.
Fluent in English and good with computers.

Responsibilities

Identify and sell automotive parts & accessories to internal and external customers.
Search catalogues and online resources to identify and prepare parts estimates.
Assist parts team with ordering parts, accessories and shop supplies from local vendors.
Continuously monitor and maintain inventory levels as directed by the supervisor.
Provide our customers with prompt and polite customer service in person, by phone and via multiple digital communication services.
Assist with daily shipping and receiving requirements
Ensure parts counter and storage areas are kept tidy and organized.
Provide assistance and other various administrative duties for staff and management
