Job summary

Porsche Minneapolis is seeking a Parts Advisor to deliver premium customer service in a fast-paced luxury setting. You will help technicians and service advisors by identifying and sourcing OEM Porsche parts, managing orders, and maintaining inventory with precision.

The role requires a strong customer focus, organization, and reliability. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required, with potential for growth within Lithia & Driveway’s premium network.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience, dealership experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive systems, parts identification, and inventory processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with dealership DMS and parts catalog systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted parts resource for customers, technicians, and service advisors.
• Assist in identifying, sourcing, and supplying OEM Porsche parts and accessories accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience both in person and over the phone.
• Support the Service Department by ensuring technicians have the parts they need to keep repairs moving.
• Manage parts orders, special orders, receiving, returns, and warranty transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and utilize inventory controls to minimize shortages and obsolescence.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean, organized parts department.
• Process invoices, payments, and related documentation accurately.
