Qualifications

• Must have high attention to detail and aim for perfect surface prep.
• Two+ years of paint prep experience on luxury autos or restoration work.
• Experience with masking, sanding, filling, and priming for paint readiness.
• Experience with various materials (steel, composites) prep for paint

Responsibilities

• File, grind, mask, and sand to precise standards prior to paint application.
• Inspect vehicles for flaws and ensure quality before painting.
• Prep vehicles for paint application and ensure QA to company standards.
• Fill depressions with body filler and ensure quality repair.
• Mask areas not to be painted with precision.
• Use hand and power tools to finish surfaces and align panels.
