Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Oakland is seeking an Internet Director/Sales Manager to lead our online sales initiatives and manage the sales team in a luxury automotive environment. This role requires a motivated leader who can drive internet sales growth, enhance customer engagement, and deliver outstanding service.

The successful candidate will be heavily involved in CRM management, handling internet leads, and possess strong desking skills. Experience with Mercedes-Benz products is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in internet sales management or automotive sales leadership.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and online sales platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz vehicles and automotive industry is a plus.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the internet leads.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase internet sales and leads with CRM systems.
• Experience with deal desking, negotiations, and payment structuring is preferred.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve target metrics and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales initiatives and promotions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Mercedes-Benz products, incentives, and market trends.
• Analyze sales data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-ups and personalized communication.
