Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in training, public relations, sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Experience supporting customers via phone preferred.
• Experience or interest in technology preferred.
• Experience with customer contact systems required.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience from start to finish with rapport and curiosity.
• Process inquiries and resolve issues with accuracy to meet service levels.
• Understand product knowledge and actively listen to customers.
• Provide recommendations to leadership on recurring problems.
• Maintain knowledge of products and technologies related to service.
• Partner with vendors for troubleshooting and resolution.
• Research and resolve billing or payment issues.
