Job summary

Flournoy Properties is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant for Ellison at the Exchange in Buford, GA. You will engage prospective residents, conduct tours, and close leases while delivering exceptional service and ensuring resident satisfaction.

The role requires leasing experience and a customer-focused approach in a luxury multifamily setting, with weekend/holiday availability as needed by the community.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or multifamily leasing experience required.
• GED or High School diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone and sell the community to prospective residents.
• Set appointments for visits and tours.
• Show prospective residents the community and apartments.
• Follow up promptly, schedule move-ins and complete paperwork.
• Close sales to meet monthly goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and document issues.
• Support resident retention through activities and renewals.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
