Job summary

You will inspect and repair drywall, caulking, painting, and ensure safety and quality, while supporting cost-control and delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Experience performing repairs and make-ready work in property housing.
• Ability to follow make-ready checklists and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and improvements to vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair or replace as needed.
• Perform touch-up painting as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting curbs.
• Support cost-control by repairing instead of replacing when possible.
• Complete make-ready checklists and required maintenance documentation.
• Follow safety policies and attend safety meetings, report incidents.
• Provide courteous resident service and respond to maintenance requests with urgency.
