Job summary

Simpson Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Cascade Summit Luxury Apartment Homes in West Linn, Oregon.

You will maintain a multi-million-dollar luxury community, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, and assist residents with timely repairs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related general maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and basic carpentry.
• CPO certification required (can be obtained after hire).
• CAMT certification preferred.
• MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook) experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• On-call availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and preserve a luxury community to ensure quality living.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, pool, and security systems.
• Assist residents with general maintenance issues promptly (appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, drywall).
• Prepare vacant units for leasing per company specifications.
• Maintain curb appeal at the property.
