Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Maintenance.
• Thorough knowledge of preparing for resident move ins and outs.
• General repair skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and drywall.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and unit turns for apartments.
• Perform general upkeep of the property and grounds.
• Conduct ongoing preventative maintenance.
