Job summary

LR Management Services in Royal Oak, MI, seeks a Leasing Consultant to join a luxury property team. You will present apartments, build rapport with prospective tenants, and manage lease documents with accuracy and care.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in leasing or hospitality, with experience using Yardi/CRM, and a strong service mindset. On-site role with fast-paced days and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred, or a high school diploma with leasing coordinator experience.
• Minimum two years of leasing, hospitality, or admin work, preferably in luxury/concierge.
• Experience with Yardi and CRM systems.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills; multitasking in busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Present apartments and amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
• Build rapport with tenants and provide personalized service.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and addenda per standards.
• Maintain apartment availability and unit status records.
• Monitor community facilities and coordinate with Maintenance.
• Screen tenants and oversee orientation of new tenants.
• Assist with office tasks and answer phones professionally.
• Accept rent payments, security deposits, and related fees.
• Inspect properties at occupancy and vacate; document securely.
