• Follow up with inquiries via phone, email, and online channels to convert leads into leases.
• Collaborate with onsite team to meet leasing and occupancy goals.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, amenities, and neighborhood attractions.
• Assist with move-ins, renewals, retention efforts, and community events.
