Job summary

Beacon Management is seeking a Concierge/Doorman for Gantry Park Landing luxury apartments in Long Island City, NY. The role involves daily on-site duties in a high-end residential building, greeting residents and guests, recording visitor information, and handling packages and deliveries.

Responsibilities include managing lobby traffic, assisting callers, and maintaining accurate visitor logs. Prior experience in luxury buildings and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential luxury buildings (preferred).
• Customer service skills and the ability to develop rapport with residents and staff.
• Ability to complete tasks and follow oral and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests.
• Verifying and recording visitor information.
• Answering calls professionally and assisting callers with directions or instructions for the building.
• Receive and process incoming and outgoing laundry, shipments and/or mail/packages.
• Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries.
• Maintain logbooks for visitors and contractors.
• Other duties may be required.
