Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
• Must be reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas and amenities.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Shampoo carpets and manage supplies.
• Oversee cleaning supplies and inventory.
• Keep exterior walkways and landscaped areas tidy.
• Assist with snow and ice management.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks.
• Support the property management team during events.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks like bulb and filter changes.
• Occasionally provide support at other locations as required.
