Job summary

AirSculpt is seeking a Director of Practice Operations in Miami Beach, FL to oversee day-to-day operations, optimize scheduling, ensure compliance, and maintain AirSculpt standards across the practice.

This role leads front desk and administrative staff, collaborates with nursing leadership, manages budgets, analyzes KPIs, and drives a luxury patient experience from first contact through post-procedure follow-up. Weekend availability, HIPAA awareness, and EMR proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in high-volume or fast-growth settings, preferably luxury retail, plastic surgery, or medical spa.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams while managing competing priorities.
• Financial acumen; able to read a P&L, manage a budget, and tie decisions to outcomes.
• Proficiency with EMR or practice management platforms; Aesthetics Pro or similar systems preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; translate metrics into action plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional representation of AirSculpt.
• Weekend availability as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice.
• Own scheduling across providers, rooms, and staff; resolve conflicts.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead clinical workflow oversight to ensure patient safety and protocols.
• Manage location-level KPIs (case volume, revenue, labor, expenses).
• Lead onboarding and training for staff on AirSculpt workflows.
• Own patient experience from first contact through post-procedure follow-up.
• Oversee front desk and administrative staff; partner with nursing leadership.
• Manage location budget including labor, supplies, and expenditures.
