Are you an experienced aesthetic nurse ready to do your best work in a high-end, supportive practice? The Virginia Center for Plastic Surgery, a trusted name in Alexandria, Northern Virginia, and the greater Washington, D.C. area since 1999, is looking for a talented Nurse Practitioner to join our close-knit team.

You'll work directly under the guidance of our Medical Director, Dr. Eric Desman, a double board-certified plastic surgeon with over 25 years of experience delivering exceptional, personalized results for his patients.

What You'll Do

As our Aesthetic NP, you'll provide a full range of non-invasive facial aesthetic treatments, including:

• Dermal fillers (Juvéderm, Galderma, Revance)
• Neurotoxin injectables (Botox, Dysport)
• Sculptra (biostimulator treatments)

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a self-starter who brings both clinical skill and genuine care to every patient interaction:

• Extensive knowledge of skin health, treatment, and maintenance
• A passion for delivering superior customer service and exceeding client expectations
• Confidence in presenting and promoting new services
• Ability to recommend personalized skincare regimens and medical-grade products
• Comfort working independently while collaborating with a tight-knit team

Schedule

This is a part-time role, 2 days per week. Thursdays are required — the rest of your schedule is flexible and built around you.

Compensation

• $40 - $60/hour base pay – commensurate with experience
