The role reports to the VP of Marketing and suits a creative marketer who blends camera work with analytics to grow leads and brand presence for a luxury aesthetic network.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of social media marketing experience with a portfolio of content creation.
• Proven ability to grow social handles with measurable results across platforms.
• Experience shooting, editing, and producing high-quality photo/video content.

Responsibilities

• Own social media strategy, content, and channel performance across practice portfolio.
• Personally shoot, edit, and produce high-quality photo and video content.
• Establish content benchmarks and editorial direction reflecting luxury positioning.
• Develop and maintain content calendars with brand alignment and cadence.
• Track KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Lead growth on new platforms like TikTok and manage vendor relationships.
