LaserAway in Jacksonville is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator (Luxury Aesthetic Sales Consultant). You will own one-on-one consultations, design personalized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey from first consult to checkout.

The role offers a base of $18/hr plus uncapped commissions, with average first-year earnings of $70,000–$95,000. Full training provided and a full-time schedule, including weekends, in a luxury-medical setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Polished, confident, and patient-centered in every interaction.
• Weekend availability required — this is when our patients come to us.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through their aesthetic journey and financing options.
• Present plans, educate on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver premium patient experience.
