LILT seeks detail-oriented human reviewers to support AI training and evaluation projects. You’ll assess prompts, review text, analyze multimedia content, and contribute voice recordings, all while applying cultural context and market norms.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in Luxembourgish.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable working with both textual and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and ability to categorize content accurately.

Responsibilities

• Generate original content or assess AI-generated outputs as needed.
• Deliver culturally relevant content by applying local insight into tone and market fit.
• Spot issues such as artefacts, style inconsistencies, or translation gaps.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Apply guidelines consistently and participate in calibration and QA processes.
