LILT is seeking detail-oriented individuals to join as independent contractors for AI training and evaluation projects. You will review prompts and outputs, annotate content, and respond to diverse tasks across text and multimedia formats.

Successful contributors are fluent in the target language, proficient in English, and able to follow detailed guidelines with careful, context-aware judgments. This role offers flexible hours and project-based work across industries.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable working with textual and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and ability to categorize content accurately.

Responsibilities

• Generate original content or assess AI-generated outputs as required.
• Deliver culturally relevant content applying local insight into tone and market fit.
• Spot issues such as artefacts, style inconsistencies, translations, or cultural mismatches.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Apply guidelines consistently and participate in QA processes to ensure aligned scoring.
