Job summary

The Palms Hotel & Spa in Miami Beach is seeking an Overnight Night Auditor to provide exceptional guest service while completing the hotel’s nightly financial audit and operational procedures. You will act as a key overnight representative, maintaining a welcoming, professional environment and supporting Front Office operations during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Two years as Front Desk agent or supervisory experience in a hotel or resort.
• High School Diploma or college preferred.
• Knowledge of PMS and basic accounting or reconciliation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, check in/out, provide warm, personalized service.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries for Front Desk services.
• Complete the nightly audit accurately through the PMS and reconcile transactions.
• Balance guest accounts and identify discrepancies; ensure accurate room status.
• Communicate important guest and financial information to the Front Desk team.
