Job summary

Mandara Spa is seeking a licensed Hair Stylist to deliver professional hair, nail and facial services with a focus on guest care and retail sales. You will educate guests on home maintenance and additional services while working as part of the spa therapy team to maintain the highest treatment standards.

Responsibilities include starting and ending treatments on time, keeping supplies stocked, and attending training to stay current with Mandara signature services.

Qualifications

• State license required for practice.
• Evidence of professional training and certification as a hair stylist.
• Demonstrated sales or product recommendation background.
• Ability to maintain high standards of client care and sanitation.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training to update skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, professional hair, nail and facial services as requested.
• Educate guests on home maintenance and product benefits.
• Meet or exceed retail sales targets and service standards.
• Work as part of the spa team to deliver a premium guest experience.
• Begin and end treatments on time and ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Keep equipment and station stocked and organized daily.
• Attend training upon hire and maintain required certifications.
