Mandara Spas is seeking a Licensed Nail Technician to deliver premium nail services and home care guidance. The role emphasizes guest relaxation, high-service standards, and driving retail sales within a luxury spa environment.

Candidates must hold an applicable state license, have nail training, and prior experience. Availability for nights, weekends and holidays is required; sign-on bonus and competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Must have an applicable state license to perform nail services.
• Must have nail training from an accredited/approved nail school.
• Must have previous experience as a licensed nail technician.
• 12 to 18 months preferred experience in a high-end resort or urban spa.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with thorough and knowledgeable professional nail services.
• Ensure guests receive a detailed home care regimen after each service.
• Set up work stations according to standards and maintain cleanliness.
• Promote spa treatments, retail products, packages, and seasonal promotions.
• Educate guests about services and products and restock as needed.
• Attend departmental meetings and trainings.
