Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking an on-call Nail Technician licensed in New Mexico to deliver manicure and pedicure services at our luxury spa. Qualifications

• Must be licensed in New Mexico and able to perform manicure/pedicure services.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hotel/resort settings.
• Excellent English communication and guest-service skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of manicure, pedicure, and nail enhancement services in accordance with Four Seasons standards, spa protocols, and industry best practices.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service that promotes relaxation, wellness, and a memorable guest experience from arrival through departure.
• Build genuine connections with guests by anticipating needs, providing professional recommendations, and ensuring the highest level of care and hospitality.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene by properly disinfecting tools and equipment, preparing treatment areas, and complying with health, safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Ensure treatment rooms, workstations, and supplies are fully stocked, organized, and presentation-ready at all times.
• Promote spa services and retail products through knowledgeable recommendations that enhance the guest experience.
