The Springs Resort & Spa in Pagosa Springs, CO seeks a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Spa & Wellness team. Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions available with W2 employment and employee housing options.

Deliver therapeutic and relaxation massages, educate guests on wellness benefits, and contribute to a luxury guest experience in a resort setting. Must hold current CO license or be MBLEX-qualified with CO licensure planned, and be prepared for a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Massage Therapy License in good standing.
• MBLEx eligibility or license from another state with MBLEX on file (Colorado licensure required before first day).
• Knowledge of anatomy, contraindications, and guest safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy services in accordance with licensure and spa protocols.
• Conduct thorough guest consultations to assess needs, preferences, contraindications, and wellness goals.
• Customize treatments to align with guest expectations and wellness outcomes.
• Maintain accurate client records and uphold sanitation and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Spa team and participate in trainings and events.
