The Springs Resort & Spa in Pagosa Springs, Colorado is seeking a qualified Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Spa and Wellness team on a full-time W2 basis. The role focuses on delivering exceptional massage services to guests in a luxury resort setting and integrates geothermal soaking into wellness offerings.

We welcome passionate professionals ready to relocate and contribute to guest experiences in a premier hot springs destination.

Formación

• Active massage therapy license in good standing or equivalent.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasons.
• Experience in luxury spa/resort environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional massage therapy services (therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue, and specialty modalities) per licensure and spa protocols.
• Conduct guest consultations to assess needs and wellness goals.
• Customize treatments to meet guest expectations and wellness outcomes.
• Create a serene, welcoming guest experience from greeting to post-treatment follow-up.
• Educate guests on benefits of combining massage with geothermal soaking.
