Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's The Belgrove in West Palm Beach seeks a skilled Massage Therapist to deliver a refined range of wellness therapies and personalized body treatments, maintaining the spa’s elevated service standards and serene environment.

You will work with the Spa Director to ensure compliance with state regulations, Forbes Travel Guide standards, and the highest levels of guest care, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Florida State License in massage therapy required.
• Additional certifications in skincare or body treatments preferred.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a wellness-driven, high-end spa or resort.
• Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards and state health and safety regulations is an advantage.
• Exceptional communication skills with a passion for delivering bespoke wellness experiences.

Responsibilities

• Personalized Wellness Treatments: Provide bespoke massage and body therapies that cater to the individual needs of each guest.
• Treatment Excellence: Perform a range of curated treatments from the spa menu.
• Sanctuary Maintenance: Maintain a tranquil treatment environment with high cleanliness standards.
• Linen and Room Management: Prepare treatment rooms and restock supplies per guidelines.
• Product and Inventory Oversight: Monitor product levels and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Guest Engagement: Advise guests on treatment benefits and aftercare options.
• Promote Wellness: Support promotion of spa services, including exclusive treatments, rituals, and retail products.
