Job summary

Woodhouse Day Spa is seeking a qualified Licensed Massage Therapist to join our luxury service team. You will perform a full menu of massage and body treatments, consult with guests as a wellness advisor, and contribute to a culture of excellence in a high-performance luxury setting.

The ideal candidate holds a valid state license, 500+ education hours, and experience in Swedish, deep tissue and specialty modalities.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state massage therapy license.
• Minimum 500 hours of accredited massage therapy education.
• Experience in Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty modalities.
• Strong guest communication, consultation, and retail recommendation skills.
• Professional, reliable, and committed to consistent attendance.
• Ability to perform services during extended shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and specialty massages.
• Conduct thorough intake consultations and tailor each service.
• Recommend and retail wellness products.
• Proactively rebook guests after each service.
• Enter SOAP notes and guest records after every appointment.
• Offer service upgrades and enhancements with every appointment.
• Attend team trainings and continuing education.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and sanitized treatment rooms.
