Lake Austin Spa Resort, nestled on Lake Austin in Texas Hill Country, seeks a housekeeping team member to maintain pristine rooms and public areas. You will launder linens, follow sanitation protocols, and respond promptly to guest requests to ensure an exceptional luxury experience.

Experience in hospitality housekeeping is preferred. This role requires standing, bending, lifting, and weekend/holiday availability, with a professional, discreet, guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred (hospitality)
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all rooms and common areas
• Launder, fold, and restock towels, robes, and linens
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and infection control protocols
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
• Report maintenance concerns or safety issues to management
• Support the overall housekeeping team to ensure a seamless guest experience
