Responsibilities

Deliver facial and waxing services per guidelines and guest preferences.
Maintain knowledge of treatments, services, and products.
Assess contraindications to ensure safe, personalized service.
Begin and end sessions punctually with a welcoming presence.
Follow safety, sanitation, and universal precaution protocols.
Keep treatment rooms and equipment clean and ready.
Document guest notes and preferences for future visits.
Recommend retail products and additional services.
Collaborate with Spa Director and team; communicate guest feedback and supply needs.
