Job summary

Spruce Peak at Stowe Resort is seeking an Esthetician to join our Spa & Wellness team in a luxury resort setting.

You will provide facials, waxing, and makeup services, while educating guests on treatments and retail, and upholding sanitation standards. Must be able to work full-time hours Thursday through Monday, including holidays.

Competitive wage with commission and benefits after 30 days, plus complimentary stays at Hyatt properties and resort perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of prior spa or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous, efficient service to all guests and spa visitors.
• Provides consistent facials and waxing in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
• Has complete knowledge of all services and products while educating guests.
• Promotes spa treatments, services, sessions and retail offerings.
• Upholds sanitation and sterilization standards as directed by policy.
• Greets guests upon arrival and ensures a clean, safe facility.
• Maintains inventory and keeps spa organized.
• Keeps up-to-date on resort amenities and events.
