Job summary

The Allison Inn & Spa in Newberg, OR is seeking a Spa Attendant for a year-round, full-time position. You will greet guests, assist team members, and maintain pristine locker rooms, lounges, and pool areas while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

The role includes beverage service, order taking, and adherence to all F&B regulations, with a focus on guest comfort. Compensation is $17.50 per hour plus service commissions and gratuities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask while delivering calm, guest-focused service.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication with team members.
• Positive, enthusiastic demeanor and guest service focus.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Current Oregon Food Handler permit.
• Current OLCC permit.
• Opportunity to cross-train for Spa Front Desk after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a tour of locker rooms, lounges, and salon.
• Assist guests and co-workers as needed; maintain cleanliness of facilities.
• Restock linens, robes, slippers, and amenities; keep areas organized and sanitized.
• Mix and pour alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; take orders and serve food & drinks.
• Check IDs to ensure minimum drinking age; comply with food and beverage regulations.
• Open and close the spa facility; keep pool and terraces tidy.
