Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hotel cleanliness experience preferred.
• Ability to follow checklists and safety guidelines.
• Professional interaction with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Public Space Inspection: inspect all public areas and address issues promptly.
• Lobby & Restroom Cleaning: clean lobby and conference center restrooms; replenish supplies.
• Surface Cleaning: wipe furniture, fixtures, phones, plants, and vending machines.
• Trash Removal: empty and clean public trash receptacles.
• Floor Care: vacuum, sweep, and mop lobby and conference center floors.
• Safety Monitoring: identify hazards and report maintenance needs.
• Equipment Maintenance: inspect cleaning equipment and report issues.
• Guest Interaction: maintain professional, courteous guest relations.
• Furniture & Décor Arrangement: arrange lobby furniture and decor.
• Restroom Supplies: ensure soap, towels, and toilet paper are stocked.
• Team Collaboration: work with housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness.
• Continuous Improvement: identify areas to improve guest experience and service quality.
