Steele Hill Resort in Sanbornton, NH—over 150 guest rooms with a full-service restaurant and amenities—is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. Review daily assignments, clean guest rooms and common areas, and complete room turnover steps while providing friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and via radio.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Review daily assignment lists and develop an efficient cleaning strategy.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Complete room turnover: stripping, cleaning, stocking, and formatting.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Provide friendly, professional service while interacting with guests.
• Work independently or collaboratively to complete daily assignments.
• Coordinate with the Houseman to assess team needs.
• Notify management of issues requiring attention.
