Steele Hill Resort in Sanbornton, NH, is seeking dedicated Housekeepers to join our team. We offer dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid vacation and holidays, plus exclusive employee perks and access to resort amenities.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning of guest rooms and common areas, stocking supplies, and coordinating with the Houseman to ensure efficient turnover while delivering friendly, professional service to guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and via radio.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and complete routine daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review daily assignment lists and develop an efficient cleaning strategy.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Complete all four steps of room turnover: stripping, cleaning, stocking, and formatting.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Provide friendly, professional service while interacting with guests.
• Work independently or collaboratively to complete daily assignments.
• Coordinate with the Houseman to assess team needs.
• Notify Manager on Duty of issues requiring attention.

• Properly complete all four steps of room turnover: stripping, cleaning, stocking, and formatting
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment at the beginning and end of each shift
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Provide friendly, professional service while interacting with guests
• Work independently or collaboratively to complete daily assignments
• Coordinate with the Houseman to assess team needs
• Recognize issues requiring management attention and notify the Manager on Duty as appropriate
