Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and via radio.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Review daily assignment lists and develop an efficient cleaning strategy.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Complete all four steps of room turnover: stripping, cleaning, stocking, and formatting.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment; report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Provide friendly, professional service while interacting with guests; coordinate with the Houseman.
