Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, holiday shifts and overtime when needed.
• Good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Knowledge of housekeeping service techniques and productivity expectations.
• Ability to identify and prioritize issues.
• Personable and professional, capable of using caution and discretion in communication.

Responsibilities

• Clean guestrooms and public areas, make beds and replenish supplies.
• Respect guest requests while following policies and laws.
• Report maintenance issues and assist team coordination.
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Follow OSHA rules for chemical usage and proper labeling.
• Maintain and use equipment appropriately and safely.
• Motivate and coach team members to perform well.
