Job summary

Raffles Boston is seeking a Private Dining Server to deliver exceptional service in a luxury setting. You will set up and deliver guest orders, maintain attentiveness, courtesy and efficiency, and uphold brand standards.

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality service to guests in attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
• Set up and deliver guests orders and requests.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work area.
• Handle cash as required.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and side-work duties.
• Ensure Private Dining equipment is well maintained.
• Service guests to the standard Private Dining steps of service.
• Submit daily requisitions of items needed for the operation.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
