Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology/esthetician license where required by state.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Demonstrates passion for prestige products, guest service, and selling.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for prestige sales and loyalty.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing service.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive prestige sales.
• Stay informed on new trends, products, and ingredients to advise guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and store standards.
