Qualifications

• Active IL State Massage Therapy License is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs exceptional massages and body treatments following award-winning protocols.
• Fully prepares each treatment based on our treatment criteria.
• Educates guests on benefits and recommends home-care products.
• Offers enhancement services and promotes other spa offerings.
• Maintains up-to-date Illinois massage license and provides excellent guest services.
• Communicates effectively with clients to understand needs and preferences.
• Keeps work area clean and organized per state regulations.
• Uses salon software to manage client information.
• Collaborates with team members and supervisors to ensure guest satisfaction.
