Job summary

Cuvée, an in-house marketing team, seeks a Marketing & Design Specialist to lead weekly campaigns, manage the HubSpot CRM, and design luxury marketing materials including Curated magazine. The role requires strong HubSpot proficiency, Adobe InDesign, and a keen eye for luxury design.

You will collaborate with sales and leadership to craft personalized communications, maintain data quality, and oversee production across digital and print assets, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot, including campaigns, workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design judgment across digital and print materials.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage recurring campaigns while handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute weekly email marketing campaigns highlighting residences, destinations, experiences, and travel opportunities.
• Create and manage HubSpot campaigns, automated workflows, and sales sequences with the sales team.
• Develop targeted audiences and personalized communications based on client interests and engagement.
• Manage production of campaigns including copy, design, scheduling, testing, and reporting.
• Track results and suggest improvements to engagement and bookings.
• Maintain HubSpot database with segmentation, lists, data quality, and subscriptions.
• Coordinate graphic design and magazine production using InDesign, ensuring production-ready files.
