Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Santa Barbara is seeking a Laundry Wash Attendant to support daily operations, sorting, washing, and drying linens while maintaining quality standards. You will ensure proper machine operation and accurate load handling to keep a steady flow of clean linens for the resort.

We expect excellent communication, the ability to read and write English, and at least six months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled linens and load washers/dryers with proper weights.
• Prepare wet linens for finishing and feed into ironing equipment.
• Select correct wash cycles and monitor load size and drying times.
• Deliver clean, dried linens to designated areas for folding or further processing.
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment and report issues promptly.
• Keep area clean, organized and stocked with chemicals and supplies.
• Maintain accurate daily records of laundry activities.
• Adhere to Four Seasons standards and participate in training sessions.
• Flex hours including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays.
