Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including drug testing and background checks.
• Proficiency with basic technology (cell phone, computer)

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the full clean of the residences upon guest departure.
• Check residences prior to guest arrival to ensure pristine condition.
• Use cleaning products correctly and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Change bed linens and replenish toiletries and supplies.
• Ensure kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and windows are cleaned to standard.
• Escalate maintenance issues to management as needed.
• Greet guests politely and respond to special requests.
