The Highland Dallas, operated by Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Steward to support our culinary team by washing dishes and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. You will assist with food preparation and ensure proper handling and storage of food and supplies in a fast-paced setting.

Previous dining or kitchen experience is helpful; we value teamwork, enthusiasm, and reliability. Flexibility with shifts is required to sustain smooth kitchen operations and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsabilidades

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food and supplies
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
