Montage International’s Pendry Park City is seeking a Server to craft memorable guest experiences in a luxury setting. You’ll guide guests through menus, answer questions about ingredients and dietary needs, and deliver timely food and beverage service with a focus on quality and hospitality.

Your role includes upselling, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with the team to create WOW moments for guests in a premier resort environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure food and beverages served professionally and timely.
• Assist guests with menus, ingredients, and dietary questions.
• Take orders accurately; communicate special requests to kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs during service; refill drinks, clear plates.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Promote menu items and specials with suggestive selling.
• Adhere to cleaning and safety standards.
• Attend daily pre-shift meeting.
• Follow the food & beverage sequence with attention to detail.
• Deliver expected experience and WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as needed based on business needs.
