Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Server to join Proof, an American Canteen, delivering exceptional service in a luxury dining setting. You will guide guests through menu offerings, coordinate timing, and use the POS system to create memorable experiences.

The role requires an outgoing personality, passion for hospitality, and strong knowledge of food and beverages. Prior luxury hotel/resort experience is preferred; flexible hours and the ability to stand for long periods are necessary.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverages, able to guide dining experiences.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale dining is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card and current TIPS certification.
• Legal work authorization in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with warmth and attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest needs, offer menu recommendations, and respond to requests promptly.
• Support restaurant operations by assisting with clearing, resetting, and maintaining service standards.
