ETS Staffing is seeking a Painter for an in-person role with a luxury hospitality provider in Vermont. You will paint interior surfaces across guest cottages and common areas, ensuring excellent finishes and proper surface preparation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional painting experience, strong tool knowledge, and the ability to work independently or within a maintenance team. This on-site position offers excellent benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional painting experience.
• Strong knowledge of painting tools, materials, and surface preparation.
• Experience with specialty painting techniques is highly valued.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior and interior surfaces throughout guest cottages and common areas.
• Prep surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming for optimal results.
• Apply specialty finishes such as faux or textured techniques when required.
• Assist with minor flooring projects, including installation, repair, or refinishing.
