Job summary

Meadowood Napa Valley seeks a friendly Guest Services/Bellperson to greet guests, assist with check-in flow, and orient guests to our property. You will escort guests to rooms, explain facilities, and promote Meadowood outlets and services during their stay.

The role requires excellent English, a warm demeanor, and the ability to work closely with a dedicated team in a beautiful Napa Valley setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required. Napa Valley knowledge a plus.
• Education, certifications or equivalent experience accepted.
• Must speak, read, write and spell proper English; working knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and orient them to the property.
• Inform guests about Meadowood facilities and services.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide room orientation.
• Display friendly, professional behavior and assist guests with requests.
• Coordinate with Guest Service Managers and other departments for smooth service.
• Maintain lobby and front porch areas; ensure cleanliness and order.
